Booking, cancellation & confidentiality (draft)
How scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and document confidentiality are handled once booking is live.
Webinar payment enquiries
Each paid webinar registration covers one three-hour session at INR 399. English and Hindi / Hinglish are separate registrations for the same topic. If a payment needs review, a session is cancelled or you need to discuss a refund, contact hello@clarifywithsapna.com with your checkout reference. Do not send card details or pay again while a payment is being reviewed. A refund reported by the payment provider removes the confirmed paid registration. An email with a confirmed or refunded registration for that session must contact support before another payment; no automatic refund deadline or guarantee is stated here.
Service engagements
Service fees, turnaround and revision rounds are confirmed in writing before an engagement. Sunday webinar registrations follow the separate free and paid programme described above.
Rescheduling
Requests for reviews, workshops and clinic sessions are reviewed manually. Where possible a mutually convenient alternative is offered.
Free webinar seats
A free knowledge-session place is unnumbered, so nothing is charged and no refund question arises. Registering a second time with the same email for the same session keeps the first entry and its reminders unchanged.
Webinar changes
If a Sunday session is moved or cancelled, everyone registered for it is told by email, the reminders queued for the old time are cancelled, and the new schedule is re-queued automatically. Registration for a session closes when its start time passes.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests require operator review. Refunds, if a fee has been agreed, are not executed automatically and depend on work already completed.
Document confidentiality
Documents are shared only through an agreed secure route, accessed by the people named in the scope, and retained only as long as the engagement requires.
Publishing permission
No client name, document, result or feedback is published without explicit permission. Removing a company name is not treated as sufficient anonymisation, and anonymised material is approved before publication.

Any confirmed fee, turnaround or policy is shared in writing before you book, and this page is updated to match.
