Professional purpose
Content is practical business communication and documentation guidance. It is not legal advice, statutory policy drafting, therapy or a clinical assessment.
Factual responsibility
A grammatically correct document can still be factually wrong. Final factual approval by the relevant client owner is part of the workflow; edits never increase the certainty of the original information.
Excluded work
Legal contracts, statutory policies and specialised technical advice are not included in any package. Technical documents require subject-expert review, arranged as part of the process.
No guaranteed outcomes
Results depend on the material, the context and the people involved. No conversion rate, meeting reduction, productivity claim or other business outcome is promised.

Free templates are provided for personal and internal team use, editable as needed. Please do not resell them as-is.

Sunday sessions are free, run live online and are not a substitute for agreed document work. Registering creates no contract and no fee. Only the next three sessions are open to the public at a time; content, timing and the follow-up emails are described on the webinar pages, and a session may be rescheduled or cancelled with notice to the people registered for it.
